The Miniature Train at Confederation Park

We discovered a place that has a miniature railway set up and you can ride the trains all around the park. For all of you train enthusiasts or parents of Thomas fans, you will understand the excitement. There was a station, conductors, bridges, tunnles and even a roundhouse! Kallum was so excited we went around 3 times. When it was time to go, it was not pretty!

Maplewood Farms - August 28 - Kallum's 2nd Birthday

The morning of Kallum's birthday, the family went to Maplewood Farms in North Van. Kallum's best pal Brock came with his family too! Kallum loved the goats, Brock was terrified of all the animals, even the bunnies, which is why he is not in the pictures!

After a whirlwind first 8 months this 2006, Kerri and I were finally able to escape for a well deserved vaction to San Francisco in late August. It was a fantastic trip! Of course, we hit all of the classic tourist destinations including: fisherman's wharf, Alcatraz, Napa Valley, and Union Square. Great city!

Up and Running

Well - it's about time. Kerri and I have finally assembled a blog to help share our adventures with family and friends. Albeit ambitous, we hope to quickly catch up with past events, including Kallum's recent birthday (#2!!!) and our trip to San Francisco. Cheers, SPH
